1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using SendFlow, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate registration details and keep account information current. You are responsible for protecting your password, SMTP credentials and all activity under your account.

You may not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits or use another person's account without authorization.

3. SendFlow Service

SendFlow provides tools for email templates, contact lists, SMTP connections, campaign queues, scheduling, analytics, bounce processing, subscriptions and related support. Features and limits depend on the selected plan.

SendFlow is a software platform and does not guarantee recipient delivery, inbox placement, open rates, click rates, sales, leads or business results.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use SendFlow to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email, spam or messages to recipients without a lawful basis or valid permission.
• Distribute malware, phishing messages, fraudulent offers or deceptive content.
• Send illegal, abusive, threatening, infringing or harmful material.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent sender identity.
• Attempt to bypass sending limits, security controls or subscription restrictions.
• Interfere with the service, hosting environment or other users.

5. Email and Recipient Compliance

You are solely responsible for your contact lists, campaign content, sender identity, consent records and compliance with applicable email, privacy, advertising and consumer-protection laws.

You must promptly honor unsubscribe requests, remove invalid or bounced addresses and include required sender identification and opt-out information in campaigns.

6. Plans, Billing and Payments

Paid plans are charged at the price displayed at checkout. Taxes, gateway charges or other applicable charges may be added where required. Payment processing may be handled by Razorpay or another third-party provider.

Plan limits may include contacts, templates, contact lists, SMTP accounts, campaigns and monthly email volume. Usage beyond a plan limit may be blocked until the plan renews or is upgraded.

Unless explicitly configured as an auto-renewing subscription, payment for one billing period does not automatically guarantee renewal for future periods.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because SendFlow provides immediate access to digital services and account limits, completed subscription payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a duplicate or incorrect payment is verified.

You may stop using the service or request cancellation before the next billing period. Cancellation does not automatically erase account or campaign records that must be retained for legal, security or operational purposes.

8. User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of templates, contact lists and campaign content you upload. You grant SendFlow the limited right to process that content only as necessary to provide and secure the service.

You confirm that you have the right to use all uploaded content, logos, images, attachments and recipient information. SendFlow branding, software, interface and original platform materials remain protected intellectual property.

9. Availability and Third-Party Services

SendFlow may depend on hosting companies, SMTP providers, payment gateways and internet infrastructure. Temporary interruption, delayed sending, provider rejection or third-party outages may occur.

We may modify, update or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or product improvement.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe an account is involved in spam, abuse, fraud, security threats, illegal activity, non-payment or repeated violation of these terms.

Where practical, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue, but urgent action may be taken without prior notice to protect the service or others.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, guaranteed delivery, inbox placement or any specific business outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SendFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from service use, third-party providers, campaign content, recipient claims or unauthorized account access.

Any total direct liability should not exceed the amount paid by the user to SendFlow for the affected service during the immediately preceding billing period, except where law does not permit such a limitation.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction in Gujarat will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to SendFlow.

Before starting formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact support so the issue can be reviewed and resolved in good faith.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when features, prices, laws or business practices change. Continued use after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
